I usually don't leave bad reviews, but This place deserves it! I brought my daughter here because she needed some dental work that her pediatric dentist couldn't do (he only does cleanings, x-rays, and well checks, no sedation), she needed a filling. The lady on the phone was very sweet and got me in the very next day. However, once we got there "Dr." Ponce told me that he doesn't appreciate me coming in to tell him what to do. What?! I was told to bring her to a general dentist!! He told me he doesn't do fillings (oh well excuse me). On top of that my daughter had a root canal done by "Dr." Ponce 4 years ago and because of his shoddy work her tooth "accumulated blood" leaving her front tooth purple. This little girl is so self conscious about this tooth and it looks that way because of him!! His "assistant" (who was very rude) went to the front to tell the receptionist how my daughter's tooth was disgusting and purple (ever heard of HIPPA?!) The reason I know what she said at the front is because they wouldn't let my other daughter I brought with me come back with me. They made her sit out front and she heard the conversation. This man and his assistant are rude and not worth the time or money to see. His work is terrible and his bed side manner is disgusting. I will never go back and I will not recommend this office to anyone. If I could leave No stars I would.
