If youre covered by a health plan, bring your membership card. They accept Medi-Cal, Medicare, and most other insurances. If you are not covered by an insurance plan, they offer low cost/no cost programs (based on eligibility) and sliding scale fee. Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
