Restorative care, including fillings, root canals, partial and full dentures, and treatment of gum disease is available by appointment. Accepts all forms of insurance including Medi-Cal, Partnership, Medicare, Family PACT, Covered California and are contracted with most of the larger commercial insurance plans. They offer a sliding scale discount based on verifying your income and family size reported on a Sliding Fee Scale Eligibility form. Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
