Capstone is always accepting established patients, new patients, and walk-ins. They accept all insurances and have no limit on Medicaid or Medicare services. They also accept the uninsured patients on a sliding fee program. They offer a wide range of primary and preventative health care services at affordable rates including but not limited to: Routine primary care, including diagnosis and treatment of illnesses School, work, sport and DOT physical exams Chronic Disease Management Womens health, including PAP smears and mammograms Mens Health, including colon and prostate screenings Immunizations Sick Visits
