Care Alliance At Carl B Stokes Social Services Mall offers: dental screenings cleanings X-Rays fillings some extractions root canals some crowns/bridges dentures/partials periodontal treatment and referrals for oral surgery To qualify for services: Residents of Cuyahoga County who are age 3 or older, and uninsured or underinsured. Targets those who are homeless or living in public housing. Costs for services: Sliding scale (slides to zero, except for dentures or partials, which will always require a minimum fee) Third-party payment accepted: Medicare Medicaid and private insurance. Uninsured clients pay a fixed fee for the initial consultation.
