Their dental team works with patients to promote overall oral health, including check-ups, x-rays, fillings, extractions, and more. Fees are based on a sliding fee scale. Hours: Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm. The CHCC provides services for all residents of Cascade County and its surrounding communities, regardless of race, sex, religion, or income. They especially focus on serving individuals who are low-income, uninsured, underinsured, and those who could not otherwise afford medical and dental care.
