Established patients are asked to come in to their visit 15 minutes early in order to be checked in before their appointment time. However, if they need to update yearly information, then they will be asked to come in 30 minutes early.   We do not apply a fee for patients that no-show their visits, but we do ask for a courtesy call 2 days before your visit it you cannot keep it. We will allow 2 no shows. After the second no-show, however, we will only book same-day appointments based on availability. A courtesy call for appointment cancellations allows us the opportunity to help others. Adult New Patient Appointment Adult New Patient Appointments are on a walk-in only basis, and they are offered Monday-Friday. New patients may arrive at either 7:45 am for the morning slots or by 12:30 pm for the afternoon slots. There are select Friday afternoons that Dental will be closed, so please call ahead on Friday afternoons. The First Wednesday of the month we open at 9:00 am. The adult new patient exam includes an x-ray of full mouth, oral exam, and a printed treatment plan. New Patient visits do not include dental cleanings. Once the initial visit is complete, a cleaning will be added to the provided treatment plan, as these can vary in type and price. For any patients experiencing pain, infection, or swelling of an individual tooth, we offer Emergency Appointments, as described below. Following the Emergency Appointment, the patient can return at a later date to complete a full New Patient appointment and receive a treatment plan. Emergency Appointments Emergency appointments are for any patient experiencing pain, infection, or swelling and wants same-day treatment for the affected tooth. We take perform an examination and x-ray of the affected tooth and propose the appropriate treatment.   You do not need to bring proof of income to a dental Emergency Appointment.
