I needed dental care. When I called I was told to go to urgent care before I could make a dental appointment. I call the number I was given and was told I needed to first see a demtist. I called back, the person I talked to was very helpful. He asked a lot of questions and set me up for an appointment about 3 weeks from that date. I had to talk to Financial services first, then they could set up a dental appointment. When I arrived they had no record of an appointment. I was sent to the dental offices who said they had nothing and I had to return back down stairs. I went back and after talking to a couple of people was told that I could not be helped. This was a terribly frustrating experience. I really need to see a dentist, I am in pain and my face is swollen and having to wait so long for information that could have been given over phone is inexcusable.
