Americus Family Dentistry offers complete family dental care. Their dental office is designed to serve you and your familys oral healthcare needs in a personalized, friendly, and comfortable setting. They provide the best dental care to every patient every day. SWGHC provides access to health care for people, who might not otherwise be able to afford it. Health center services are not free. However, to ensure that income or lack of insurance is not a barrier to care, patients who are not covered by public or private insurance are charged on a sliding fee scale according to income. Co-payments are due at the time of the office visit. For patients who qualify for their sliding fee program, the patients percentage is due at the time of service. All their centers accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, Personal Checks (with identification) and Cash. Patients who wish to participate in their sliding-fee-program are encouraged to ask for a sliding fee application form, which includes verification of income. In order for a patient to qualify for the sliding fee program, the information must be provided at the time of the visit. If the qualifying documentation is not provided, the patient will be responsible for 100% of the cost for services rendered. Hours: Monday through Thursday8:00 AM to 6:30 PM
