They accept third party payments from Medicaid, Medicare, Private Insurance and Self-pay. They also accept cash, checks and all major credit cards. In addition, they accept sliding fee scale based on income and family size. Hours: Monday and Thursday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Tuesday: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm. Wednesday: 8:00 am - 7:00 pm. Friday: 8:00 am - 2:00 pm.

    I called Rapides Primary Health Care Center, 1217 Willow Glen River rd., Alexandria, La. 71302. 318-487-4400. I have Medicaid and Medicare.. I was told they do not except Medicaid and Medicare, for dental work..
