Cuba Health Center Dental facilities offer: emergency preventive basic restorative and a limited amount of rehabilitative or prosthetic dental care Everyone is eligible to receive PMS community health center services. They accept Medicaid, Medicare and private insurance. For the uninsured, a sliding fee scale is available based on income. Hours: Monday - Friday: 7:30 am -5:30 pm Emergency Medical Services, 24 hours/7 days a week
