Comprehensive general dental care for children ages 0-18 and all adults ages 19 and over. Dental Services: Diagnostic (e.g. exams, x-rays) Preventative (e.g. dental sealants, cleanings, fluoride, education) Restorative (e.g. fillings, crowns, some root canals, extractions, partial and full dentures) Emergent care (i.e. patients with symptoms of dental pain, an abscess, swelling or bleeding) Neighborhood Health center accepts CareOregon, Medicaid as well as other insurance carriers including Delta Dental. Also offer a sliding fee discount for eligible patients. This is based upon family size and income. Hours: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, 8:00 am 5:00 pm. Tuesday, 8:00 am 7:00 pm.
