The Family Health Centers of Georgia, Inc. (FHCGA), formerly West End Medical Centers, Inc., is a not-for-profit, 501(c)3, federally qualified community health center. Dental Services: Cleanings Composite fillings Extractions FHCGA receives a portion of its funding from the US Department of Health & Human Services. This funding allows them to offer a Sliding Fee Scale Program to uninsured and under-insured patients. Hours: Monday Friday, 8:00 am 5:00 pm.
